2021 Mesa Grande Pool Season

Dear Homeowner(s), Pool season is starting per April first and it is time to get those cards activated again. Starting now we are accepting online pool requests. To activate your pool card you will need to submit your pool request on your home portal at
Please be sure to read the “Swimming Pool Rules 2021”, located under Documents, before proceeding to submit the pool request. Below is the link to documents that visually shows step by step how to submit your online request.
Please note, if you are currently a Tenant residing in Mesa Grande, online pool requests are not available. Tenants, please contact Lifetime HOA Management for further instructions on how to submit a pool request. Office Tel: 210- 504-8484 * 18587 Sigma Road, #220 San Antonio, TX 78258. Office Hours are Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM.
When your online request is received by the management company it will be reviewed for completion. If no issues arise your card will be active per April 1st. Please note that your account must be in good standing to activate your card for use. You will receive a confirmation notice that your pool request has been received and the activation process has begun, or further action is needed. The activation process will take up to 48 business hours to complete. If you do not receive a confirmation notice within 72 business hours, please contact Lifetime HOA Management. Once your card is activated, we encourage you to stop by the pool and check to make sure it is working correctly (starting April 1st). If it is not working, please contact Lifetime HOA Management at so they can troubleshoot your card. In the email please include the property address, the card number and the time and date used.
Submitting your pool request after April 1st, will require up to 48 business hours for activation. Remember your card will not work until your online request is received and approved for activation.
